Up till now, if you owned a Ferrari manufactured between 1989 and 2005, you only a had a few choices for getting a new ignition key:

• Approach a Ferrari dealership and purchase a new key (if they are available).  You only need to provide proof of ownership, the car's VIN and assembly number and a substantial amount of money.

• Search on-line to see if a seller stocks an original ignition key.  Again, be prepared with a substantial amount of money.

• Purchase a plain vanilla key blank.  This is a very affordable option ... but, there is nothing distinctive about the key.

The SF Key is our newest key for Ferrari's.  As with the other keys, the quality is unsurpassed.  The key is double-side (same as the double-side cavallino key) and is designed for Ferrari's manufactured between 1989 and 2005 (not the F430).  It costs more to buy because there has been a significant increase in production costs compared to our other keys.

We recently made a change in the manufacturing process of this key which allows us to reduce the price without compromising the quality of the key.

For these Ferrari motorcars, the single-sided cavallino-style key is similar to the keys shown above.  These keys have the same key head as the keys above, but are designed for Ferrari's made between 1964 and 1988 which utilized a single-sided key for the ignition slot.
